Thrive Homes reaches 1000 users on the myThrive hub

Last week, Thrive Homes celebrated their 1000th registered customer on the new myThrive hub!
Thrive is working hard to provide a strong digital offer to their customers, using the feature rich Active Portal for their new customer hub.
Their 1000th registered user was Ms London, who had some incredible feedback to give about the new myThrive hub. She explained to the team at Thrive:
“I discovered the myThrive hub on Thrive’s website and when I needed a little assistance registering, I used live chat to speak to an agent. I got an instant response and before I knew it, I was online and able to look at my full payment history, previous and upcoming repair appointments and everything. It’s great!”
Prior to the myThrive hub, Thrive previously had a customer portal which was not compatible with every device. One of the main improvements of the myThrive hub was to make it more accessible, meaning the new portal can be accessed on any modern device by a wider range of customers.
Since the hub launched just three months ago, the organisation has seen a steady flow of customers taking to the new and improved solution. Anne Bijum, Assistant Director of Customers says:
“We’re so pleased to see more customers taking to the myThrive hub each day. We want customers to access our services easily and the myThrive hub has a lot to offer. Our customers have been involved in the creation of the myThrive hub from the start, and we are keen to hear about any suggested improvements customers may have so we can develop solutions that truly work for them”.
Thrive asked their 1000th registered customer, Ms London, what advice she would give to other customers who were unsure about registering, she said:
“What are you waiting for? Even if you don’t need to access a service today, you should register your account for when you do – it will make your life easier!”
This is the kind of feedback we love to receive as making people’s lives easier is our biggest intention with the software we develop.
Thrive celebrated their 1000th myThrive hub user by giving Ms London a £50 Amazon Voucher. Their next celebration will be their 1500th user who will receive a £100 Amazon voucher - a great incentive to continue the steady flow of sign ups they have already received!
