Thrive Homes launches with customer portal and self service repairs

Thrive Homes go live with their brand new customer portal and Active Diagnostics, after 1 week of beta testing with customers.

Thrive Homes launched their customer portal and self service repairs system this week after a week of beta testing with their customers.

Some excellent feedback was received from the beta testers, including the following:


“A great portal so far, I think most tenants will find it easy to use”


“Really helpful and easy to use and a very simple sign up process”


“Saves phone calls”


“It is a good tool and will be useful in finding information rather than requesting it from Thrive’s offices”


“I like it. It’s nice that it’s clear and well laid out. It also links very well to the other Thrive website pages.”


“Easy to use, better than the (old) Thrive App!”


It’s brilliant to receive such positive feedback on a project before it has even launched, and is a testament to the extensive user testing that we carried out with Thrive’s customers whilst developing the portal.


We look forward to even more responses to the Thrive Portal now that it is live, and have high expectations for the impact the new portal is going to have for Thrive staff and customers alike.
