Radian Group are one of the largest housing associations in the South of England. On 1st July 2020 the MyRadian customer portal was launched to tenants, only 67 working days after the project commenced, using our Active Housing product suite.
In only four weeks after launch, the portal has over 5,000 registered users, over 40,000 logins and almost 50% of repairs reported online.

The Yarlington Onboarding project was an extension to the MyYarlington tenant portal offering. The project aimed to digitise the pre-tenancy process from property offers and application forms, through to full portal account creation on acceptance.
Livin launched self-appointing repairs reporting with Active Diagnostics in November 2017, as part of their new business strategy to put the customer at the heart of the organisation’s focus. The aim of the projects was to extend the repairs functionality of their existing 3rd party tenant portal with our specilist solution whilst providing a seamless user experience.
