What are the fees involved?

The work involved in each portal implementation is very much dependent on the features made available via the software to be integrated with (most commonly a Housing Management System) and any new, bespoke features to be developed.

For this reason, we treat every portal implementation as a distinct project and agree pricing accordingly, either on a fixed price or agile basis.

How do you integrate with our other services?

Integration forms a major part of any portal project.

Even if we've worked with particular software before, your specific combination of versions, features and settings will likely be unique, so we treat each integration as a new project.

We'll collaborate with your IT team to understand your workflow and obtain any available information such as API documentation before setting up a test copy of the portal to provide a place to test any integrations well before launch.
