Grand Union Housing Group launched their brand new customer portal on 1st March which they developed with us.

The portal utilises three of our key products including the feature rich Active Portal, award winning Active Diagnostics, and the tenant onboarding tool, Active Onboarding.

 

The new MyGUHG portal gives customers the ability to make payments, view rent statements, request repairs and much more. As well as giving prospective customers the ability to apply for a property and track their application online. All of this and more can be completed in a stylish, user friendly interface that can be used 24/7 on any internet device.

 

The new MyGUHG was developed and delivered through lockdown,  with a goal of providing Grand Union with more flexibility to administer and maintain the portal in-house through a flexible content management system.

 

The Active Portal product easily met this criteria as it utilises one of the world’s most powerful content management systems, allowing Grand Union to edit content, create & administer web pages with rich content, create forms, administer users and much more. 

 

Just 3 weeks into launch, Grand Union already had 2200 registered users on the system!

 

We’re looking forward to feedback from Grand Union’s customers and future projects we will work on together.
